While we were helping our friends move one of their mom's was having phone troubles. Another friend swooped in to help with all of his "talking tech on the phone" experience and handled the situation. Nothing especially exciting came out of this experience, except that he mentioned that the cell phone tech support guy's name was Raphael, so of course I felt the need to put it in a picture. Boom. Done.
